BRICK PAVER SEALING

We also specializes in paver sealing. Being owned and operated by a licensed painting contractor gives us a distinct advantage over other pressure cleaning companies that offer brick paver sealing because of the knowledge we have gained becoming a licensed contractor and the over ten years of experience working with pavers. We clean the surface of the pavers thoroughly with our cleaning solution and surface cleaner leaving the surface free from debris and ready to seal. We then let the pavers dry for twenty four hours usually returning the next day assuming the weather conditions are correct. At this point we begin to apply the sealer via airless paint sprayer, we do this because when rolled on this sensitive xylene based product has the tendency to whiten with time, several coats are applied to reach the correct density. The end product is sometimes referred to as “the wet look” is rich and shiny resisting the elements and keeping your stones looking new for years to come.

Soft Wash Roof Cleaning

Soft wash roof cleaning is now the most widely accepted method of cleaning among professionals and knowledgeable homeowners. Simple pressure cleaning only removes the surface layers of mildew and in the process often damages the tiles.

Chemical cleaning on the other hand kills the mildew, including it’s roots and spores; and the low pressure application insures that no damage is done to the tiles. The result is a much cleaner, brighter roof that will remain clean longer.
